Maya Simpson is a concert photographer and creative professional passionate about collaborating with artists to develop their personal style and visual identity. She has experience working with independent artists releasing their first singles, as well as specializing in live music photography—capturing the energy of gigs both on stage and behind the scenes.

Her work is primarily featured in her music magazine Scene + Heard, which has showcased artists such as Welly, Horse Jumper of Love, and Luvcat. In addition to her photography, Maya also organizes regular music nights and curates an annual all-day festival celebrating emerging talent

Maya is currently the in-house photographer for Quay West Studios/Events, where she documents a range of music and festival events.
